Rules and Regulations for Witches Gala Vendors
The Witches Gala is October 3rd, 2026 from 4:00PM to 10:00 PM.
Location:
Downtown Marion Founders Park
164 S. Main St. (at the corner of South Main and East Church streets) in downtown Marion, Ohio, from the sidewalk to the City Parking Lot.
The Witches Gala management reserves the right to stop the sale and refuse any setup which is not felt to be in the best interest of the public or the Witches Gala event.
Vendor fee:
Space size 10’ x 10’
$25 For games and giveaways
$50 For merchandise vendors and food trucks
*If you want to be added to media promotions add $25
Please keep in mind since there will be NO available electricity.
Vendors must:
* Decorate tent in a Halloween theme.
* Have weights on all the legs of their canopy tent.
* Vendors & their representatives should conduct themselves in a respectful manner, be safe and courteous with customers, Gala staff and each other.
* Consumption of alcohol and controlled or illegal substances while working at the Gala is strictly prohibited.
* No vendor may display or promote any profane, offensive or obscene materials.
The Witches Gala management have the authority to refuse/evict any dealer for language, obscenities or other deemed unacceptable. We do not limit the number of vendors with the same type of product.
* Vendors may sell food items WITH APPROVAL. Vendors who bring food items that aren't listed on their application will not be allowed to display/sell those items.
* Raffles are not permitted. Free drawings to collect names and addresses are permitted as long as a “free” prize(s) is awarded at the end of the show.
* Vendors must provide their own table coverings and lighting.
Set Up and Teardown
* Vendors may set up at 2:30PM. All vendors must be checked in by 2:30PM. No early setups!
* Vendors are required to display their items for the entire time unless all items have been sold. If the vendor begins to pack up or vacate the space before 10:00pm, it will be a forfeit of the space for next year’s event.
* Do not extend your booth into your neighbor’s area. Do not fIll empty/extra spaces without consulting with management.
* Clean the area around your booth at the end of the show. Please tear down all cardboard boxes and place them next to the trash cans. Absolutely no glass or metal in trash cans. If you have metal or glass that needs to be disposed of, place in a cardboard box near a trash can. DO NOT LEAVE any unsold merchandise at the trash can!
* The Witches Gala management will settle all disputes and if necessary, call authorities as needed.
* All dealers agreed to be responsible for collecting and reporting all appropriate sales taxes to the proper Ohio taxing agencies. The Witches Gala will not be responsible for dealers complying with the Ohio Sales Tax Laws.
Do not say negative things about the Witches Gala to customers or where customers may hear. This will only spiral and negatively impact the Witches Gala and everyone's sales.
No pets allowed; this ruling is to comply with the Health Department. Service dogs are permitted.
Parking

Payment & Cancellation Policy
* Payments are nonrefundable.There are no refunds in case of inclement weather or cancellations
* Payment must be received with your signed (printed or electronic) application/contract to reserve your space. Your received/accepted Payment serves as your confirmation for this event. If you have not made your payment at least 2 weeks prior to the market, you will not be placed on the vendor list.
